Tasks Description
Identification of training needs by department (production, finance, warehouse, sales).
Creation of training materials (presentations, manuals, tool usage guides).
Conduct seminars/workshops on topics such as: Basic costing principles, Monitoring deviations and KPIs, Cost management per product/order, Cost report interpretation
On-the-job training during initial system rollout.
Ongoing support (remote or on-site) for questions and improvements.
